With over 25 years of experience in adult education, professional development, and leadership training, Kristi partners with clients to create energizing environments where people feel equipped, encouraged, and confident to grow.

  • Throughout her career in community banking, Kristi served as a Leadership Banker, Training Manager, and Director of Professional Development, honing her expertise in onboarding, curriculum design, facilitation, and workforce engagement. Her hands-on experience gives her a unique understanding of what it takes to cultivate a thriving, high-performing team — not just in theory, but in real-world application.

    At the heart of Kristi’s work are her core values: integrity, positivity, collaboration, grace, and lifelong learning. Whether facilitating a conference, leading a leadership development program, or coaching one-on-one, Kristi’s approach is engaging, practical, and deeply encouraging.
